Welcome to Lose the Belly Fat Fast a site that will help you lose your belly fat and look your best.
This is a bit about me, I was quite fit for several years until menopause then literally everything went pear-shaped. I lost my energy just didn’t feel like working out and felt tired most of the time.
End result I put on weight especially on my Belly.
So for years I was a Thai KIck boxing instructor and I regularly worked out with kettle bells which was my favourite workout method but after menopause I just struggled.
A few years later I discovered walking, yes just walking and guess what I lost weight and my belly!
I decided to share this with as many people as possible and help them on their fat loss journey especially the belly fat.
So I wrote out what I did and set up a whole workout and now I had to get it out there.
I set up a website so I could reach out to anybody and everybody as I know there are a lot of people out there struggling to lose that belly fat. Not only that a lot of people don’t want to go to a gym especially since COVID, so I came up with something that you could do from home or anywhere you wanted.
